RESPONSIBILITIES:
People Leadership

Attract, develop, and retain top creative talent

Project Leadership
Oversee all creative output, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision
Deliver compelling, high-quality work that meets strategic goals
Build strong client relationships and promote bold ideas
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth project execution
Identify growth opportunities and expand project scope
Travel as needed for workshops, presentations, and deliveries
Business & Operations
Lead creative direction for new business proposals and pitches
Align creative objectives with agency and client goals
Build and manage internal and freelance creative teams
Optimize resource allocation across multiple projects
Drive improvements in creative processes and methodologies
REQUIREMENTS:
15+ years in a fast-paced design agency or corporate environment
Proven leadership in building and mentoring creative teams
Strong ability to pitch, present, and grow client relationships
Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills
Portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, UX, content, and 3D design
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design or related field
Management/people operations training is a plus
Based on the information that has been provided to You & Them by our Client, the base salary for this position is in the $200K-$250K range depending on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee end-to-end content production, ensuring seamless execution across digital, social, and emerging platforms.
Implement scalable content workflows that support high-volume, high-quality production within budget constraints.
Direct all aspects of content creation, including shoots, live productions, post-production, and digital adaptation.
Design and optimize production systems for efficiency, balancing speed, cost, and creative excellence.
Establish content capture frameworks to maximize adaptability (e.g., modular shoots, AI-assisted production).
Manage multiple concurrent briefs and productions, ensuring proper team structure and resources.
Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana, AirTable) to streamline workflow and team coordination.
Build and oversee a global network of content creators, including producers, videographers, editors, designers, and motion artists.
Develop and oversee post-production strategies, ensuring efficient editorial workflows and global content distribution.
Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring representation across all production efforts.
Optimize budgets while maintaining high-quality creative output.
Oversee cost models, vendor contracts, and internal team resourcing.
Ensure compliance with supplier diversity and equitable hiring practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
10+ years of experience in content production, focusing on digital, social, and multi-platform campaigns at scale.
Proven ability to design and execute scalable content production systems.
Expertise in cross-functional leadership, vendor management, and large-scale content operations.
Knowledge of AI-assisted content creation, remote production workflows, and emerging digital platforms.
Strong understanding of post-production strategies, IP/music licensing, and content distribution.
Proficiency in industry-standard project management and post-production tools.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop high-performing creative teams.
Commitment to diversity and ethical production practices, ensuring inclusive representation in content creation.
Remote but must be on the West Coast. (Will need to travel to LA + SF frequently.)
