RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source freelance creative talent across disciplines including design, copywriting, strategy, production, social, and emerging creative roles
Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned to client needs, timelines, and budgets
Review portfolios, resumes, and reels to assess quality, craft, and role fit
Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations with candidates
