RESPONSIBILITIES:

People Leadership

  • Attract, develop, and retain top creative talent

Project Leadership

  • Oversee all creative output, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision

  • Deliver compelling, high-quality work that meets strategic goals

  • Identify growth opportunities and expand project scope

  • Travel as needed for workshops, presentations, and deliveries

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 15+ years in a fast-paced design agency or corporate environment

  • Proven leadership in building and mentoring creative teams

  • Strong ability to pitch, present, and grow client relationships

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills

  • Portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, UX, content, and 3D design

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design or related field

  • Management/people operations training is a plus

  • Based on the information that has been provided to You & Them by our Client, the base salary for this position is in the $200K-$250K range depending on experience.
