RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own delivery as a core function
Lead the entire portfolio of projects—shaping delivery strategy, resourcing, and planning across teams
Build scalable systems, tools, and best practices to unlock efficiency and creative excellence
Balance high-level oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment
Partner with leadership to align delivery with creative and commercial goals
Scope, resource, and manage project planning while mentoring cross-functional teams
Drive financial performance and accountability across projects
Maintain strong client relationships as the delivery lead, ensuring trust, alignment, and breakthrough outcomes
Anticipate risks, resolve challenges, and keep teams motivated, resourced, and focused
REQUIREMENTS:
12+ years of delivery, operations, or program leadership within creative, digital, or agency environments
Proven success scaling delivery functions and leading cross-disciplinary teams
Skilled at balancing creative ambition with operational discipline
Strong client-facing communication, relationship, and problem-solving skills
Financial fluency across scoping, resourcing, and project performance
Experience shaping processes, systems, and culture in fast-paced environments
Based on the information that has been provided to You & Them by our Client, the base salary for this position is in the $175K - $225K range depending on experience.
Able to be successful in a mostly remote environment with occasional in-person meetings as needed by the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring day-to-day operations, people and processes stay on track.
Optimize internal systems and workflows to improve efficiency and clarity.
Build future-proof proactive business management operations.
Track, drive and execute all back of house operational functions of the agency.
Collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to ensure agency priorities and KPIs are met.
Maintain process and departmental documentation, tooling, and internal communications
Maintain relationships that support vendor management, contracts, and external partnerships at all levels of the agency's work.
Help foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture and environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in business or creative agency operations and management.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in ambiguity and bringing structure to evolving environments

Project Leadership
Oversee all creative output, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision

15+ years in a fast-paced design agency or corporate environment

Portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, UX, content, and 3D design
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design or related field
Management/people operations training is a plus
