RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and nurture relationships with senior executives across product, brand, and marketing organizations
Lead early-stage conversations with prospective clients, uncovering real challenges and shaping opportunities
Develop a point of view on market trends and proactively identify organizations that would benefit from the studio’s approach
Qualify opportunities thoughtfully, focusing on long-term fit and meaningful work
Partner with internal strategy and creative leadership to develop thoughtful, tailored proposals
Build a repeatable, intentional approach to business development that aligns with the studio’s values
Represent the studio externally at events, conferences, and client meetings
REQUIREMENTS:
7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, design, innovation, or related fields
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of business strategy, brand, product, and go-to-market dynamics
Experience shaping proposals and scoping engagements collaboratively
Confident external presence with the ability to represent the team credibly
Strong judgment in qualifying opportunities and prioritizing the right work
Based in NYC, with availability for in-person collaboration and travel as needed

Account Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as a day-to-day client lead, managing communication, follow-ups, and overall relationship health
Set expectations for meetings and work sessions, driving toward clear outcomes
Synthesize research and inputs into strategic POVs that guide the work
Partner with internal teams to keep projects moving forward
Track scope, timelines, and budgets, proactively flagging risks and helping resolve them
Support new business efforts, contributing to pitches and proposals
Build strong relationships with clients and partners, including occasional travel
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of experience managing client relationships within a strategy consultancy, creative agency, or innovation studio
Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently

Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that clearly communicate structure and behavior
