You are an expert in understanding client needs and bringing those insights to life by inspiring creative teams and supporting a healthy well-oiled organization with business plans, processes and systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set and drive overall business strategy, ensuring financial health and long-term viability.

  • Build, manage, and expand key client relationships with a focus on retention and growth.

  • Oversee budgets, staffing, project delivery, and internal operations across teams.

  • Help to Identify new business opportunities and lead proposal, pitch, and negotiation efforts.

  • Collaborate with creative and operational leads to ensure smooth, effective project delivery.

  • Lead, mentor, and support department heads and senior talent in qualitative and quantitative ways of measuring the outcomes of their work. 

  • Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive team culture rooted in accountability, trust, and award winning execution. 

  • Represent the company in industry conversations, partnerships, and public speaking opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years in accounts, delivery, production, commercial or operational leadership roles within creative, digital, or consulting environments. 

  • Proven success growing revenue, managing teams, and strengthening client partnerships

  • Excellent communicator, strategist, and relationship-builder

  • Background in design, digital products, 360 brand creative, or agency settings is highly preferred.

  • Based on the information that has been provided to You & Them by our Client, the base salary for this position is in the $175K - $225K range depending on experience.
