RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects including websites, digital products, and brand systems, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met without compromise.
Partner with creative and operational leads to turn ideas into actionable delivery plans, providing clarity at every stage.
Manage project scope, resourcing, and workflows to keep delivery smooth, efficient, and effective.
Maintain strong client communications, ensuring alignment while keeping delivery teams focused on outcomes.
Anticipate risks and solve problems quickly to keep projects on track.
Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and craft.
Spot opportunities to improve processes, tools, and team structures to elevate delivery across the board.
Maintain a global and local view of the financial aspects of projects and the agency, ensuring financials align to project scope and deliverables.
Represent the agency in industry conversations, partnerships, and relevant forums.
REQUIREMENTS:
10+ years in delivery, program management, commercial, or operational leadership roles within creative, digital, or consulting environments.
Proven success delivering complex digital projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communicator, problem-solver, and collaborator who can balance creative and operational priorities.
Background in design, digital products, 360 brand creative, or agency settings is highly preferred.
Based on the information provided to You & Them by our client, the base salary for this position is in the $185Kâ$200K range depending on experience.
