Senior Resource Manager
Full-time, NYC (Hybrid / Remote Flexibility)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a holistic view of projects, resourcing, and capacity across the agency
Translate project and staffing data into clear insights for leadership
Partner with client services and team leads to staff projects effectively based on priorities
Monitor utilization, burn, and workforce planning to support business needs
Identify resource gaps or constraints and proactively recommend solutions
Support freelance resourcing in partnership with recruiting and people teams
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiency
Own timesheet tracking and ensure accurate reporting across teams
Facilitate clear communication across departments to keep work aligned and moving
REQUIREMENTS:
7+ years of experience in resource management within a social or digital agency
Strong understanding of creative workflows, particularly within social and influencer-driven work
Experience with capacity planning, utilization tracking, and resource optimization
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with comfort working across data and planning tools
Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and seniority levels
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias toward action
Based on the information provided by our client, the base salary for this position is in the $105k–$120k range, depending on experience.
