Senior Project Manager
Temp to Perm, Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead projects end-to-end, from kickoff through delivery, ensuring clarity, momentum, and quality
Translate ambiguity into clear plans, defining scope, assumptions, and direction
Act as the day-to-day client lead, building trust and managing expectations with senior stakeholders
Drive communication across teams, setting cadence and ensuring alignment at every stage
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resourcing like flagging risks early and adapting as needed
Support teams by unblocking challenges, facilitating decisions, and keeping work moving
Maintain a strong connection to the work, sense-checking quality and pushing for the best outcomes
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to how the team operates over time
REQUIREMENTS:
8+ years in project management, production, or delivery within a creative or digital environment
Proven experience leading complex projects end-to-end with a high degree of autonomy
Strong understanding of creative and digital workflows (strategy, brand, design, web, product)
Clear, confident communicator with both clients and internal teams
Highly organized but adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong sense of ownership with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with varying levels of structure
Calm, pragmatic, and effective when navigating ambiguity and pressure
This is a temp to perm position with a 3-month contract to start.
