Senior Account Manager (LA)

Built for a new generation, they specialize in campaigns, content, and creator-driven work that resonates with Gen Z and millennial audiences.Their team operates at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and culture — moving quickly, collaborating closely, and delivering work at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client lead, managing relationships, communication, and overall account health

  • Lead the development and delivery of social-first campaigns and content across multiple workstreams

  • Translate client goals into clear strategies, actionable plans, and high-quality output

  • Partner with creative, production, and influencer teams to develop compelling, on-platform work

  • Provide clear, concise feedback and direction to internal teams to elevate creative output

  • Monitor performance, extract insights, and recommend strategic pivots to improve results

  • Manage scope, budgets, and timelines, ensuring work stays aligned with client expectations

  • Identify risks, solve problems proactively, and navigate challenges with confidence

  • Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to inform strategy

  • Support new business efforts and contribute to growth opportunities within accounts

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5–7 years of experience in account management within a creative agency or social-first environment

  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content strategy, and digital culture

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, expectations, and high-volume workstreams

  • Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting to clients and internal teams

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach

  • Calm, organized, and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

  • Genuine curiosity about culture, brands, and the evolving digital landscape

  • Based on the information provided by our client, the base salary for this position is in the $100k–$120k range, depending on experience.
