RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with broader business goals.
Analyze market trends, user insights, and competitive landscape to identify meaningful opportunities.
Establish clear product goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
Translate strategy into actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
Partner closely with Design and Engineering to ensure product fidelity and experience integrity throughout development.
Advocate for strong UX and know when to push back on requests that compromise the experience.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders, providing clarity around priorities, risks, and progress.
Lead launches and ensure smooth alignment across departments.
REQUIREMENTS:
8+ years of experience in product, service, or program management, software development, or equivalent experience
Proven track record of bringing products, features, or experiences to market
Strong user empathy and comfort leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights
Experience collaborating cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, Research, and Business teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High tolerance for ambiguity and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
