RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with broader business goals.

  • Analyze market trends, user insights, and competitive landscape to identify meaningful opportunities.

  • Establish clear product goals, KPIs, and success metrics.

  • Translate strategy into actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch.

  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.

  • Partner closely with Design and Engineering to ensure product fidelity and experience integrity throughout development.

  • Advocate for strong UX and know when to push back on requests that compromise the experience.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders, providing clarity around priorities, risks, and progress.

  • Lead launches and ensure smooth alignment across departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years of experience in product, service, or program management, software development, or equivalent experience

  • Proven track record of bringing products, features, or experiences to market

  • Strong user empathy and comfort leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, Research, and Business teams

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • High tolerance for ambiguity and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
