Lead/Senior UX Designer

Freelance, Remote

YOU: A UX designer who doesn’t think in templates and sees what a website could be, not just what it is. You understand that a site is a living system of flows, interactions, and decisions that either engage or fall flat. You think in systems before screens, care deeply about motion and micro-interactions, and push beyond convention to improve what already exists. Collaborative and clear in your thinking, you work closely with cross-functional teams to align structure, storytelling, and translating ideas into thoughtful, buildable experiences.
