Lead/Senior Product Designer

YOU: A senior product designer who thrives in 0→1 environments and is energized by building what doesn’t exist yet. You combine strong systems thinking with exceptional craft, sweating the details of flows, hierarchy, motion, and interaction until they feel seamless. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, you balance long-term vision with near-term execution. You collaborate easily with Product and Engineering partners, communicate your thinking with clarity and confidence, and push the work beyond good enough because you care deeply about creating intuitive, beautifully made experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 8+ years of experience in product design, ideally within consumer-facing digital products.

• Demonstrated success driving 0→1 initiatives and launching new products from concept to ship.

• Exceptional craft across UX and UI — with strong attention to flows, hierarchy, interaction design, motion, and systems thinking.

• Portfolio that reflects sophisticated product thinking and elevated visual execution.

• Strong systems thinker who can integrate individual feature needs into a cohesive, scalable experience.

• Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.

• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — with experience presenting to executives and external clients.

• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma and related tools).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience designing branded apparel and merchandise for consumer brands

• Strong creative ownership with a practical understanding of production workflows

• Ability to plan and design in seasonal waves with fast turnaround times

• Experience reviewing samples, proofs, and guiding execution through to completion

• Clear communicator who collaborates well with project managers and cross-functional partners

• Comfort working contract and delivering high-quality work quickly
