YOU: A well-seasoned writer and natural storyteller with a poetic voice and a talent for making complex, science-based ideas feel clear, human, and engaging. You know how to translate technical concepts without losing accuracy or nuance, and you bring strong judgment around voice, tone, and narrative structure. Comfortable collaborating with designers, strategists, and cross-functional partners, you’ve worked across brand, campaign, and editorial copy and know how to adapt your writing for different audiences and formats.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop thoughtful, on-brand copy that distills technical or scientific information into clear, approachable language.

  • Craft compelling narratives across brand, campaign, digital, packaging, and editorial touchpoints.

  • Partner closely with designers, strategists, and cross-functional teams to shape holistic creative concepts.

  • Establish and maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across channels.

  • Write, refine, and edit copy for a range of deliverables including web, product storytelling, presentations, and long-form content.

  • Translate research, data, and complex ideas into emotionally resonant, easy-to-understand stories.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for craft and clarity.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6+ years of copywriting or content experience, ideally within agency or brand environments

  • Portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling, voice, and clarity — especially for complex or technical topics

  • Ability to write with nuance, rhythm, and emotional intelligence while remaining clear and concise

  • Experience translating science-based or technical content into consumer-friendly language

  • CPG experience is a strong plus

  • Comfort collaborating with designers and creative teams to develop integrated concepts

  • Excellent editing skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt tone across brands and audiences
