Creative Resource Manager
Part-Time, Remote, East Coast
YOU: A people-first operator with a sharp eye for creative talent and a strong understanding of how great teams come together. You’ve worked in agency resourcing, creative staffing, or talent operations and know how to balance speed, quality, and relationships. Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple searches, you’re hands-on with portfolios, outreach, and coordination, and you partner easily with leadership to plan ahead and staff teams the right way in flexible, project-based environments.
THEM: You & Them partners with agencies and brands to build and support modern creative teams. We operate as a fractional People Team for several clients, providing ongoing support across creative resourcing, talent strategy, and organizational design. Our work spans freelance and full-time hiring across creative, strategy, production, and emerging disciplines like AI and engineering.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source freelance creative talent across disciplines including design, copywriting, strategy, production, social, and emerging creative roles
Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned to client needs, timelines, and budgets
Review portfolios, resumes, and reels to assess quality, craft, and role fit
Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations with candidates
Coordinate availability, rates, and role alignment for freelance talent
Partner closely with You & Them leadership to support ongoing client resourcing needs
Maintain clear, organized documentation of candidate pipelines, availability, and status
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in creative resourcing, staffing, or talent management within an agency, studio, or creative environment
Strong understanding of creative roles and disciplines, with an eye for great work and strong portfolios
Comfort sourcing freelance talent that may convert to full-time roles
Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple searches at once
Clear, professional communicator with candidates and internal stakeholders
Experience working in a fractional, consulting, or multi-client environment is a plus
Approximately 20 hours per week, fully remote (East Coast US), and flexible schedule, with some availability during standard business hours for coordination.
