You bring systems-level thinking and know how to shape channel and ecosystem strategy for complex organizations. Comfortable with ambiguity, you turn chaos into clarity and complexity into usable frameworks. You’ve spent time in design-driven environments and understand how strategy must support work that ultimately ships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define priority audiences and engagement models across the digital ecosystem
Clarify the role of web and supporting channels across the full audience journey
Establish messaging priorities and content themes by channel and lifecycle stage
Develop clear frameworks for channel roles, governance, and measurable success metrics
Shape ecosystem strategy for a complex, global organization operating at scale
Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and client stakeholders to ensure strategy translates into execution
Facilitate alignment among senior stakeholders and guide decision-making with clarity
REQUIREMENTS:
Significant experience in channel, content, or ecosystem strategy
Background within a small to mid-sized, design-led agency environment
Proven ability to shape strategy for complex, global organizations
Strong audience-first mindset with systems-thinking capability
Experience defining governance models, messaging priorities, and success metrics
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
