RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including layouts, modules, imagery, and graphics (≈60% of role)
Create digital ad assets across paid social, display, and e-commerce channels, including static, GIF, and simple motion
Translate creative direction and brand guidelines into consistent, production-ready digital assets
Support A/B testing, creative iterations, and rapid design updates based on performance needs
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and creative partners
Maintain organized files, workflows, and platform-specific specs
Support packaging and print projects, including revisions, extensions, and production files (≈40% of role)
Assist with dielines, mechanicals, and print-ready artwork under senior guidance
Apply brand systems across packaging SKUs and retail touchpoints while learning production best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
8–10+ years of design experience, ideally within digital marketing, e-commerce, or brand environments
Strong portfolio showcasing email design, digital ads, and modern brand executions
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma experience preferred
Solid understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and responsive design
Ability to work quickly, iterate thoughtfully, and incorporate feedback
Curiosity, reliability, and enthusiasm for performance-driven creative
Familiarity with HTML email principles, motion basics, or CRM platforms is a plus
