Associate Creative Director / Art Director

You move seamlessly between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution, equally comfortable shaping creative direction, leading production, reviewing photography, guiding designers, and making critical decisions under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the execution of a large-scale integrated consumer campaign across social, digital, retail, experiential, ecommerce, OOH, and additional marketing channels

  • Partner closely with creative, production, and design leadership to translate vision into execution

  • Shape and maintain visual consistency across all campaign touchpoints

  • Lead photography and content development, including shot lists, creative decks, talent direction, and on-set creative leadership

  • Guide designers, producers, and creative partners through execution while maintaining a high creative standard

  • Present work and creative rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity

  • Make thoughtful decisions quickly, balancing creative ambition with production realities

  • Help build scalable creative systems rather than one-off assets

  • Contribute to the overall quality, craft, and effectiveness of the campaign from concept through launch

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years of experience in art direction, creative leadership, or integrated campaign development

  • Strong experience leading photography, content, and motion-driven creative initiatives

  • Deep understanding of production workflows and creative execution

  • Experience creating campaigns for consumer brands, food & beverage, retail, lifestyle, or similarly visual categories

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Comfortable stepping into fast-moving projects and quickly establishing clarity and momentum

  • A portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and exceptional executional craft

  • Ability to lead collaboratively while remaining hands-on throughout the creative process
