Social Content Producer

YOU: A social-first producer who knows how to keep things moving. You understand what it takes to get a shoot from idea to reality by managing talent, contracts, budgets, timelines, and all the details in between. You’re organized without slowing the creative down, culturally curious, and fluent in TikTok and Instagram. You’re the person who keeps the trains running so the creative team can focus on making great work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own social intake from internal stakeholders, scoping requests and leading them from brief through delivery.
Write clear, actionable briefs and help keep the creative team’s workload realistic.
Own the social content calendar and build strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
Manage production timelines and the social budget.
Lead pre-production for shoots, including talent, contracts, product sourcing, and locations.
Be on set to keep shoots organized and running smoothly.
Bring trend and culture thought starters to the team and contribute to concepts while creative owns the final call.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven producer experience with ownership of budgets, timelines, talent, and contracts.
Agency or in-house brand experience.
Fluent in TikTok, Instagram, and current social culture, with a portfolio of social-first work you’ve produced.
Highly organized, proactive, and a clear communicator with both stakeholders and creatives.
Strong production instincts; shooting, editing, or concepting skills are a plus.
Collaborative, culturally curious, and comfortable in a fast-paced, agency-style environment.
