Integrated Marketing & Program Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead integrated marketing initiatives across product launches, partnerships, campaigns, and brand programs from planning through execution.

  • Translate business and brand objectives into actionable briefs, timelines, workbacks, and execution plans.

  • Partner closely with creative teams throughout concept development, production, and launch.

  • Facilitate alignment across marketing, creative, communications, product, and commercial stakeholders.

  • Manage project scope, priorities, dependencies, and timelines while proactively identifying and solving challenges.

  • Support creative reviews, stakeholder presentations, approval processes, and launch readiness.

  • Track performance, gather learnings, and help optimize future campaigns and activations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5–8 years of experience in integrated marketing, program management, brand management, creative operations, or a related discipline.

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through launch.

  • Strong brief-writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution and follow-through.

  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, studios, or in-house marketing organizations.

  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and evolving business needs.

  • Experience across DTC, retail, social, partnerships, or consumer brands is highly preferred.

  • Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a bias toward action.
