RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute innovative 360-degree creative concepts across print and digital platforms, including campaigns, in-store materials, digital assets, and special projects.

  • Lead art direction, creative briefs, shoot briefs, and on-set direction for asset creation.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align creative outputs with campaign strategies.

  • Partner with agencies, shoot production teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of creative deliverables.

  • Oversee the development of design materials, such as mailers, brochures, magazine inserts, and press kits.

  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity while accommodating regional adaptations and local nuances.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in a creative environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Creative Arts, Design, or a related field.

  • Global mindset and awareness of emerging technologies.

  • Expertise in creative integration across various media and sales channels.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of current fashion, beauty, and lifestyle trends.

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with substantial experience in print production, including retouching and pre-press.

  • Based on the information that has been provided to You & Them by our Client, the base salary for this position is in the $240-$250K range depending on experience.
