After working in partnership under the Dola Group name for three incredible years, I have finally satisfied my entrepreneurial urge to hand-craft my own brand from scratch.  The business of recruiting is often a dubious, competitive & old-school scene, so I wanted to approach things differently, creatively & tech-savv’ily.  While you can count on getting the same quality of service you’ve come to expect from me, You & Them comes with a slew of new and improved features designed with you; my Clients & Candidates, in mind.  From real-time job updates on our website and all your social media networks to our revealing Questionnaire, we like to think of ourselves as the anti-recruiters.  No hidden agendas, no beating around the bush, just an open and honest team of people who thrive on connecting dots and aligning stars.  We are not just servicing this community, we are part of it.
